There is no direct train or bus from the airport to Mamaia: they go to Constanța, and from there you need a taxi with your luggage. With a private transfer you go from the terminal to the hotel entrance in one ride, at the time you land.
Mamaia, Mamaia Nord and Năvodari
Mamaia is the long beach resort just north of Constanța, between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol. Send us the name of your hotel or apartment and we drop you right there, whether it is in Mamaia, Mamaia Nord or Năvodari.

In July and August, especially on Friday evenings and Sundays, the road to the coast is busy. Tell us your flight times and, for the way back, we plan the pick-up from your hotel with the traffic in mind, so you reach the airport in good time.

How long is the transfer from Bucharest Airport to Mamaia?

Can I take the train to Mamaia instead?
Trains and buses go to Constanța, not to Mamaia, and the train leaves from Bucharest city centre, not from the airport. You would still need a taxi to your hotel at the end.
