For your flight home, we work out the pick-up time from Constanța based on your flight and the traffic, so you reach the airport in good time. For international flights, the usual advice is to be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
Why not the train or the bus?
Trains and shuttle buses from Bucharest to Constanța cost less per seat, but they run at fixed times, the train leaves from Gara de Nord in the city rather than from the airport, and both drop you at a station, where you still need a taxi to your hotel.
